  1. Term of Membership

Subject to the following terms and conditions, your membership will entitle you to the benefits of membership from receipt of your membership payment to the expiry of your membership offer.

  1. Membership Benefits and Entitlements

Any entitlements or benefits that form part of a Club membership must be taken as offered, are not exchangeable or transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any incidental costs relating to the benefits or entitlements are the responsibility of the membership holder.

  1. Transfer of Membership Cards

Club members may transfer their digital membership to a family member or friend. A replacement fee may apply for the issue of a new Digital Membership card.

  1. Refund Policy

As a general policy, Club memberships are non-refundable. Requests for refunds may be made in writing and are at the sole discretion of the Club.

  1. Lost or Reissue of Member Packs

If a Club membership pack is lost or stolen, please contact Membership Services at membership@tasmaniafc.com. The Club may issue a replacement membership pack which may incur a replacement/reissue fee.

  1. Cancellation of Membership

The Club reserves its right to cancel a member’s membership without a refund where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached a Club Policy. A Club Policy includes these Terms and Conditions, the Club Code of Conduct and any other Club policies published by the Club from time to time.

If a member wishes to cancel their membership, an email should be sent to Membership Services to membership@tasmaniafc.com. As a general policy, Club Memberships are non-refundable.

  1. Variation to Club Membership Terms and Conditions

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at https://membership.tasmaniafc.com/policies/terms-of-service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 Code of Conduct

At Tasmania Football Club, we are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone involved with our club. This includes our members, supporters, suppliers, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, corporate partners, and their guests. We strive to ensure that everyone involved in all of our Club activities upholds our values and contributes positively to the Club's reputation and the spirit of AFL and AFLW.

Code of Conduct

In all interactions with Tasmania Football Club, including games, events, functions, or on social media, individuals must:

  1. Act as Ambassadors: Represent Tasmania Football Club and the AFL and AFL in accordance with our Club values of inclusivity, simplicity, determination and Tasmanian-ness.  All members should conduct themselves in a manner that positively reflects on our club, the AFL, and the sport of football.
  2. Show Respect: Treat everyone—including match officials, venue staff, security, players, supporters, and club employees—with respect. Honour the rights and worth of every person, regardless of gender, race, colour, religion, language, politics, national or ethnic origin, or choice of AFL team.
  3. Reject Violence and Prevent Discrimination: Avoid any form of violence, discrimination, harassment, or abuse. This includes refraining from using abusive language, insults, threats, or offensive gestures.
  4. Respect Venue Conditions: Abide by all conditions of entry for club or AFL venues or events.

The Club reserves the right to cancel a membership if it is determined that the member has breached the Club's values. This policy ensures that all members uphold the standards and principles that are integral to the club's identity and community. Such actions are taken to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for everyone involved with the club. Once a membership is cancelled, all entitlements and benefits associated with that membership are revoked.
